I am a thirty-something male living on the outskirts of Johannesburg, South Africa. Most people think I am far too angry for my own good, but I think that realism and pessimism are far too closely linked to ever change that. I work as a journalist, although I prefer the term "writer." I sort of play in a band, too, although it's not doing much at the moment. Um, what else...? Oh, yes, I believe that no-one should ever take anything I say too seriously, because I understand the true nature of opinion. Then again, that's just my opinion... oh, it gets complicated...
